Evogro exhibited at HostMilano, which is the world-leading trade fair dedicated to professional chefs, restaurateurs and the hospitality industry exhibit.

Now in its 42nd year Host Milano, showcases everything a successful bar or restaurant requires to stand above the competition. The event was the first European exhibition that Evogro attended and the feedback received was tremendous.

The worldwide interest in the unique growing system was fantastic. Being able to explain the system face to face and allow people to taste and see the crops was a great benefit for the team. Many people were amazed at how lush the crops were and mentioned that the taste was terrific – fresher than fresh!

Naturally, the product, service and environmental benefits of an Evogro growing system were incredibly attractive to this sector. Having the chance to educate people who may not have understood the benefits of this form of farming was of significant importance to the team.

Attending HostMilano gave Evogro a great insight into the future of the catering and hospitality industry. Seeing first-hand the new trends of the future and discussing the challenges and goals for the years ahead.
