HRC Show London
HRC, formerly Hotelympia which is now in its 85th year, stands at the forefront of hospitality innovation. This three-day event is the UK’s largest and most prestigious event for the foodservice and hospitality industry. Bringing professionals together to be inspired, network and view the latest products available.

Evogro exhibited again this year with three full-length cabinets on display. With over 80 varieties of herbs, microgreens and salad leaves. This unique event is an excellent way for us to showcase our new cabinet and talk directly with potential clients and customers. We pride ourselves on growing perfect crops, which taste incredible and are picked when they are at their freshest. Being able to demonstrate this was fantastic.

Professional chefs, restaurant owners, lecturers and students, among others, came to find out more about the Evogro ethos and our unique growing system. Interestingly enough, the unique LED management system attracted a lot of attention, with many asking about the disco lights. The Evogro system is a very futuristic product which attracts people. Whether you love the exceptional taste of our crops, the science behind hydroponics or the conceptual light management system, we know many more people will have our cabinet in their restaurant, bar and their own home.
