The Food Matters Live team contacted us to enquire if MD Jason Hirst would be interested in joining a panel discussion on “Emerging trends and ingredients in sustainable product development.” Jason was delighted to be involved and have the opportunity to discuss the Evogro system and vision with a broader audience.

Food Matters Live was created in 2014 with a simple but ambitious goal – to inspire a better future for food by stimulating industry innovation, technology and people.

The Food Matters team has provided knowledge and insight through talks, debates, conferences, seminars, video conferencing, written articles and features. They have been promoting learning, understanding and collaboration, and helping to inspire the future of food.

Joining Jason on the panel discussion was Shima Barakat, Director of Entrepreneurship for Sustainability Programme at Cambridge University. The discussion was well received and Jason enjoyed the discussion. If you would like to watch the complete conversation, you can view it here: Food Matters Live – Emerging trends and ingredients in sustainable product development.
